With a provided RMA number, we will exchange or accept a return at no cost to you for any part we ship in error. A prepaid return label will be included. If you have any questions or would like to return a part that we shipped in error, contact customer service.
Parts carry a 1 year warranty and compressors carry a 5 year warranty.
All orders are verified for part accuracy before processing, using the model number, part number, or serial number you provide. During checkout, you can also include additional details or comments for our parts team. Any information you share will be reviewed to confirm that the part selected is correct before your order moves forward. If we notice any discrepancy or need more information to verify your part, we will contact you promptly.
We will correct and/or exchange at no cost any part we ship in error.
UPS is our preferred method of shipping. Ground shipping is free for standard items to the 48 states. Oversized packages, or parts requiring a different shipping carrier by the customer, can require additional shipping costs. You will be notified promptly via email and/or phone if this applies to your order before any charge is made. UPS Ground deliveries, depending on your location, can take 2–7 business days. Your tracking number will be sent to the email you provide on your order.
This means it can usually ship the same day if the order is placed before 11:00 AM (EST) Mon–Fri, unless this is a made-to-order or special-order part. If your part is a special-order or made-to-order item, it will require additional processing time before shipment.
Genuine or OEM means that the part is the actual replacement part recommended by the manufacturer. Genuine OEM parts are not generic or aftermarket parts. By ordering genuine OEM parts, this will prevent possible modifications to your original equipment.
Our part finder system can cross-reference by model number, part number, or serial number. The model number is recommended so that you will receive the newest updated part from the manufacturer. Our system provides our own internal part numbers that reference the part you select. Use the number the part finder gives you when you place your order. This means we cannot currently source this part, but we may be able to help you locate it on your own. Please email our parts department for further assistance.
Since there are over five million part images in circulation, we’re unable to provide photos for every item. Manufacturers also update parts regularly, which can lead to design changes that may not match older generation parts.
If the Part Finder located your part, you can feel confident you’ll receive the correct item. All orders are verified for part accuracy before any charge is processed or any shipment is made. If we ever ship an incorrect part, we will correct or exchange it at no cost to you.

This just means that there has been some type of update or revision to your part. Not all updates or revisions to parts are noticed by the naked eye. They are simply improvements to the part quality. However, some parts may look different from the original due to these updates or revisions. These updated or revised parts are still genuine replacement parts.
